The main entrance to the house is on the left side and is shaded by a gracious Japanese maple tree and garden walk leading to a pair of red doors. Just inside the door is the entrance to Deepwaters Spiritual Center. The foyer has three steps up to the main level of the house. A piano sits at the top of the steps. just before entering the living/dining room area.
The entrance on the right side of the house leads from a sidewalk onto a patio and into the sunroom. Once inside there is a removable ramp which provides easy access to the three steps up to the main house level.
Living Room/Dining Room
The open living room/dining room is the largest space in the house. One end of this room is furnished with a dining table that seats 10 - 12 comfortably (please note the sunroom has a dining table that seats 6 - 8). The other end of this room is open for a variety of chair arrangements from an intimate circle of 6 – 12 chairs to a theatre style of 24 chairs.
The kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter space. It is fully equipped with a gas stove top, double ovens, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee makers, coffee urn, toaster, and a full complement of cooking pots and pans, dishware and utensils.
The laundry room is off of the kitchen and has a full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and provides storage for additional dishware and supplies.
The large deck off the back of the house is accessed by the glass doors in the living room. Overlooking the surrounding woods, the deck has an outdoor table with umbrella that seats 6, an additional set of 4 chairs and a propane grill.
The patio is on the right side of the house and provides access to the sunroom. Outdoor tables and chairs make it a perfect spot for reflection or a light lunch.
We also provide overnight housing to individuals or groups seeking personal or group retreat experiences.
